Possibly the present for your man is a strange shape and won't fit in a box or its very large and won't fit through the door. Maybe the present isn't actually physical such as digital software, music or event tickets

Presents For Men Oddly - Shaped Gifts

Some presents for men just were never meant to be wrapped. There's a couple of good option to make those oddly shaped gifts presentable.

1. Gift bags are a great method of presenting your presents for men. Just place your present in the bag and put some coloured tissue or crepe paper in the top.

2. The standard technique for wrapping any present that is not a regular shape is to put a large sheet of wrapping paper, picture side down, on the floor and put the gift in the middle Lift the the four corners of the wrapping paper up bring them together over the top of the gift. Use some party ribbon or gift ties to wrap around the corners.

Presents For Men – No Physical Gift?

In te modern world of computers and digital downloads we have a fresh challenge to wrapping presents. Gifts like electronic books, downloaded music or software. Even event and travel tickets now come without any physical paperwork. So lets make your digital gift into something that can still be given to your man.

1. Burn the digital download onto CD. Take out the card from the jewel case and replace with wrapping paper or even a handmade insert.

2. Or why not copy your digital download onto a memory stick, these are very inexpensive these days, and of course easy to wrap!

3. Print the download instructions for the digital gift and place them inside a Christmas, birthday or other card suitable for the occasion.

Presents For Men – Those Very Large Gifts

For those very large presents you'll have to find a suitable hiding place. Many shops will happily keep your purchase until very near the event or you could in your garage or shed. Unless of course the present is a shed!.

Provably better is to ask a friend or neighbour if you can use their garage.

If the present is large then just try putting a bow or small ribbon arrangement on the top of the actual present and then do one of the following

1. Write and draw a small picture or representation of the present inside a card suitable for the occasion.

2. Get a small version of the present or something that represents the gift and wrap that and present to your man on the day.

Try and be a little inventive in the small gift like a bicycle pump for a new bike, an owner's manual if the gift is a car, a house key to represent a house or flat or maybe a padlock if it's a new shed!

Don't let wrapping problems dissuade you from buying those great presents for men. You just have to be a little creative.
